Please read carefully before booking.

Note : We are happy to accept provisional telephone or e-mail bookings on the understanding that the deposit cheque is received within 3 days.

1. Payment should be made in £ sterling. If you wish to pay in any other currency, (including Euros) , please telephone or e-mail for a price

2. Please complete the booking form. Complete it and return to us at : La Grange, Bertric- Buree, 24320, Verteillac,France. Please include your cheque for 25% of the total cost of your visit, based on your first choice of accommodation.

Conformation of your booking will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit. The balance should be sent to reach us by no later than one month before your arrival. An invoice will be sent to you about 2 months before the start of your holiday and a receipt will be issued when the balance is received.

If you book less than one month in advance, the full amount is payable on booking. Cheques should be made payable to : D.A. Temple. We provide duvets and pillows, together with tea towels and bath/shower mats. Linen packs can be provided at extra cost (see below). You are, however, welcome to supply your own duvet covers, pillow cases and towels. Each bed has 2 pillows per person. In the event of a cancellation with 30 days or more, you will forfeit only the 25% deposit. If notice of less than 30 days is given, the full amount is payable.

You are strongly advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance. Note that, if we are able to re let your cancelled booking, we will refund the 75% balance to you. We do not ask for any deposit against breakage or cleaning requirements. We do, however, ask you to pay for breakages, if requested, and to leave the property as you found it.

Disclaimer - The proprietors of La Grange accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, injury or loss, howsoever caused. IN PARTICULAR parents should note that although the swimming pool is enclosed and alarmed it is NOT supervised. Linen Packs - A double linen pack consists of a double duvet cover, a double sheet, 4 pillow cases, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and up to 2 swimming towels (upon request). The cost is 10 Euros per pack per week. A single pack consists of a single duvet cover, a single sheet, 2 pillow cases, a bath towel, a hand towel and a swimming towel (upon request). The cost is 6 Euros per pack, per week Payment for these should be made during your stay. We do, however, prefer that you tell us your requirements at the time of booking.
